Personal care services is a Medicaid benefit that provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), and health-related functions to help clients with physical, cognitive, or behavioral functional limitations related to a disability, physical or mental illness, or chronic condition.
